5 Things I've Been Doing During Social Distancing

Now that I’ve been “sheltering in place” for over a month now, all things considered, things are good.  I’m sane, I’ve not physically assaulted my son (now that I’m a homeschool teacher) and I’m still madly in love with my husband (I really do enjoy his company.)  All of that aside, I thought I’d share with you guys some of the things I’ve been doing to during while social distancing. 

  • I hosted my first six week personal style workshop - The Style Workshop.  Every Thursday from March 5th until last Thursday.  I can’t wait to host another one.  To be in the know regarding all the fun style related activities I’ve got planned, get on the Waitlist.

  • Hubs and I finally got around to furnishing the sitting area in our bedroom.  Since our décor styles are soooo different, settling on something that we both like is quite the task.

  • I’ve been cooking!!! Hardy meals at that.  I’ve not cooked this much in all my life.  I’ve also been forced to eat left overs (I’m slightly bougie when it comes to that.)

  • I’ve been binge watching all kinds of movies on Netflix.  “Self Made” was so inspiring, have you watch it?  What other movies would you recommend?

  • My self-care routine has been maintaining a healthy head of hair.  Thanks to Taliah Wajjid for sending me her newly released Apple & Aloe line, I’ve been shampooing and conditioning my hair every week.  Have you tired it, it smells so awesome?

These are just a few things I’ve been doing to fill my day.  Oh and I’ve been calling my family more often.  Guys stay safe where ever you are.
