A Look My Mother Wouldn’t Approve Of
When I pulled out this animal print shirt to style it for this photoshoot, I had every intention of pairing it with a bottom. It was either going to be these olive cargo shorts or my camo pants. But then I had the bright idea to wear it as is. I didn’t think twice about it until I got out of the car and a slight breeze reminded me that all I had on was this top. Good thing I changed my underwear from the thongs I originally had on to a pair of full coverage undies.
Oan, it kinda amazes me that even now as an adult, married with a whole family that I’m still hesitant about certain things because of what I think my mom would think of me. Am I alone?! Not that my mom was this horrible dictator (she’s actually the sweetest, mild mannered person you’ll ever meet) but every now and then I think to myself - What would my mom say about this?
That being said, I’m sure she’ll see this look and will have plenty to say.
