My Word Of The Year: Believe

Atlanta+Fashion+Stylist_Top+Atlanta+Blogger_melodiestewart.com_2.jpg

Before now, I have never picked a word of the year.  Honestly, I’ve never even thought about it, although the concept of choosing a word of the year is pretty cool.  The intent for choosing a word of the year is to help you be more focused and goal oriented instead of setting a lot of different New Years Resolutions (that will probably be forgotten about before the end of February.)

When it came to picking my word, I wanted something that would be a constant reminder to stay focused, to take risks, to do things differently and to get out of my comfort zone.

My word is: Believe

When I look at the year ahead believing in myself is going to be my mood, vibe and attitude all year long.  Instead of self-doubt, I’m choosing to believe.  2020, I’m ready!

Do you have a word of the year?  If so, what is it and why did you choose it? Drop your response in the comment section.
