Make A Statement In Sequins And Combat Boots
I’m super excited for the holiday this year and I’ve been stalking my inbox in anticipation of somebody’s holiday party invite. Lucky for me, I’ve already gotten a few. The only thing now is for me to narrow down which event to wear this look to.
After the first invite, instead of hitting up my fave stores or websites, I shopped my closet for holiday outfits that could be worn day or night. The first piece I pulled was this striped bodycon sequin midi skirt. It’s fun, festive and perfect for a holiday gathering with the girls. Instead of going the route of a cami and moto jacket, I opted for this white high collared ruffled poplin blouse.
To complete this look, I opted for combat boots instead of party heels. I’ve so over trying to look cute when my feet feel like I’m I wearing nails. Although I did attempt to wear heels, the combat boots had me at comfortable. Last but not least, I decided this black crossbody worked out much better than a clutch.
