Stripes + Pink Tulle Skirt

Would you believe me if I told you I really don't like pink.  I think I've mentioned this before.  So why did I buy this skirt?  Be-cause it was long and tulle.  I kid, the real reason I bought this skirt was because it was pink.  Huh?  Crazy right!  So I wanted to start incorporating colors and pieces into my wardrobe that I normally wouldn't wear.  And pink just happens to be a color that I typically overlook.  But lately I've been adding various shades of pink into my wardrobe (here and here.)  I was a little apprehensive about this skirt because it was long. pink and tulle.  My point here is that when you're looking to expand your wardrobe, look at adding colors and pieces you wouldn't ordinary wear.  Now I'm challenging myself to see how many other ways I can style this skirt.

*Because I'm already brown; brown is a color I will never wear.  Don't want to walk around looking naked, lol!
