How to Wear Monochrome No Matter Your Size Or Shape

If the shoe fits, buy it!  This wise old saying has brought much joy and happiness to my life.  And that's why I cherish and follow its directions almost to the T.  Ha! Ha! Ha!  No but for-real, when I saw Deon on ShoeDazzle.com I had to have them.  Ain't they bang'n?! Speaking of old sayings, remember a few posts back I mentioned that some good things were about to happen?  Guess what!

It's starting...  So I've teamed up with two other awesomely dope style bloggers whom you may or may not know.  Let me introduce you to Ramona of Tall Tales by Ramona O and Maui of Phat Girl Fresh.  We represent the everyday woman in all her #dopeness.  Together we are 3xDOPE (follow us.)

Why do we allow society's standards of what looks good to determine how we express ourselves through style?  Just because I'm petite (okay small) doesn't mean that all my clothes have to be tight and/or short.  And just because you may be pleasantly plump doesn't mean you have to dress like Mother Teresa either.  One thing to keep in mind, you should dress for your shape instead of your size. 

Ergo the days where we actually follow "style rules".  Take the style trend monochrome, this trend can be styled by anybody in any number of ways.  Black and white is my all time favorite color combo.  And when mixed together your look can be simple and chic or elaborate and bold.  Today we're bring 3 different variations of this fun trend.
