Back To Work - Floral Mixed Print

Sunday's should come with a pause button, but since they don't I'm coming to you with another work wear inspo look.  Btw, the best time for new beginnings is NOW!

I work in a semi corporate arena where the dress code is not super tight, yet there are still certain things I can't wear.  That's why I'm always looking for ways to jazz up my work attire.  Did you catch last week's work wear inspo?  Would you wear this cute grey sweater dress to work?  

So for today's look I'm sharing this floral print mix get-up.  Can I just say I'm totally digging my own look.  It's so me, lol.  Now before you say to yourself that you'd never be able to pull this look off, you totally can.  For this look I was able to pair these two prints together because they share the same colors.  (READ 3 Incredible Easy Way To Mix Prints Like A Pro)  

It's really easy to put on a pair of slacks with a plain blouse, but how fun would it be to go bolder?  A bold color or print does wonders for your look and your attitude.  Of course I can no longer find my pants online, however these printed pants from Forever 21 or these floral print pants from Asos will work awesomely.  Again when mixing prints, don't forget to balance the look with a print that has the same colors. 

To complete this look, I added this thrifted fuchsia blazer for a pop of color and opted for these wine colored brogues.  Truth be told, a handbag this size isn't something I'd carry to work.  I'd downsize to this faux leather crossbody and if I could do this look over these cuties from Shein would probably be more suitable.
